Expectations of Parents and Guardians
Parents and guardians are encouraged to:
- Support their child’s learning journey through open communication.
- Notify Launchpad of any relevant changes that may affect participation.
- Communicate respectfully with staff.
- Encourage punctuality and regular attendance.
- Raise concerns directly so they can be addressed constructively.

Behaviour That Will Not Be Tolerated
Launchpad does not tolerate:
- Bullying or intimidation.

- Academic dishonesty.
- Behaviour that compromises the safety or wellbeing of others.
Where concerns arise, Launchpad will seek to resolve them fairly, respectfully and in consultation with learners and parents or guardians where appropriate.
