Enrolment
Enrolment is confirmed once a place has been offered and any required registration information has been received. Places may be limited to maintain small class sizes and personalised learning.
Fees and Payment
Programme fees and payment schedules will be communicated before enrolment. Fees are payable by the agreed due dates unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing.
Attendance
Learners are encouraged to attend all scheduled sessions. If a learner is unable to attend, parents or guardians should notify Launchpad as soon as reasonably possible.
Missed sessions may not always be recoverable, although reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate exceptional circumstances where practical.
Programme Changes
Launchpad may occasionally adjust programme content, schedules or facilitators in response to educational needs or unforeseen circumstances. Any significant changes will be communicated promptly.
Learning Environment
Launchpad provides an environment designed to encourage exploration, collaboration and academic growth. Learners are expected to contribute positively to this environment in accordance with the Community Standards & Code of Conduct.
Educational Materials
Course notes, worksheets, presentations and other educational resources remain the intellectual property of Launchpad unless otherwise stated. They are provided for the personal educational use of enrolled learners and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
Photography and Media
Photographs or recordings of learners will not be used for promotional purposes without the prior consent of a parent or guardian where required.
Communication
Launchpad will communicate primarily with parents or guardians regarding enrolment, scheduling and other important matters. We aim to respond to enquiries promptly during normal business hours.
Limitation of Liability
While reasonable care is taken to provide a safe and supportive learning environment, participation in Launchpad activities remains subject to normal educational and recreational risks. Parents and guardians remain responsible for informing Launchpad of any relevant medical, behavioural or accessibility needs that may affect participation.
Amendments
These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in programmes or legal requirements. The most current version will always be available on the Launchpad website.
