Our programmes are designed for curious minds.
From focused academic support to guided research and hands-on exploration, Launchpad offers different ways for high school learners to strengthen their foundations, discover new interests and pursue ambitious goals.
Find the right pathway
Learners may join one programme or combine several as their interests and goals develop. Each pathway is designed to provide meaningful guidance while leaving room for curiosity, creativity, and individual growth.
Academic Excellence
Mathematics and Physical Sciences with depth and confidence.
Academic Excellence supports high school learners who want to strengthen their understanding, improve problem-solving ability and prepare effectively for assessments and examinations.
Lessons focus on clear reasoning rather than memorised procedures. Learners are encouraged to understand where ideas come from, how concepts connect and how to approach unfamiliar questions independently.
This programme may include:
- CAPS and IEB Grade 10–12 Mathematics
- CAPS and IEB Grade 10–12 Physical Science
- IGCSE Physical Science/Physics/Chemistry
- AS & A-Level Physics
- AS & A-Level Mathematics
- IEB Advanced Mathematics
- Examination preparation
- Study strategy and problem-solving methods
- Individual or small-group support
Research & Innovation
Turn an interesting question into a meaningful project.
This pathway supports learners who want to investigate an original question, develop an invention or prepare a project for a science expo, competition or university application.
Learners are guided through the full process—from refining an idea and reviewing existing knowledge to designing a method, analysing results and communicating their findings.
Support may include:
- Identifying viable research questions
- Project planning and methodology
- Data collection and analysis
- Scientific writing and presentation
- Science expo preparation
- Connections with suitable mentors or institutions
Discovery Lab
Explore the wider world of ideas, disciplines and careers that exist beyond the school curriculum.
Discovery Lab introduces learners to scientific, technological and creative fields through guided exploration and practical activities.
Rather than following a rigid syllabus, learners investigate topics that foster curiosity, adaptability and confidence in unfamiliar tools and ideas.
Topics may include:
- Origins of Science from Philosophy
- Programming and Computational thinking
- Electronics and Physical Computing
- Artificial Intelligence and emerging technology
- Astronomy and Space Science
- Engineering and Design
- Medicine, Genetics, and Pharmacology
- Creative technology and interdisciplinary projects
Mentorship
Guidance for decisions that shape the future.
Mentorship gives learners a space to explore their strengths, interests and possible pathways beyond school.
The aim is not to prescribe a single career, but to help learners make informed decisions and develop the habits, confidence and independence needed for future study.
Mentorship may cover:
- Subject and career exploration
- University and programme research
- Study planning and personal organisation
- Portfolio and application development
- Goal-setting and accountability
- Independent project guidance
A flexible approach to learning.
Launchpad programmes are designed to work together. A learner may begin with Mathematics support, explore programming in Discovery Lab and later develop an original research project with mentorship.
Start where you are
We consider each learner’s current understanding, interests and goals before deciding on the most useful starting point.
Build at the right pace
Programmes can be adapted as learners gain confidence, discover new interests or prepare for new challenges.
Connect the pathways
Academic learning, practical exploration, research and mentorship can be combined into a single, coherent journey.
Fees & Enrolment
Every learner’s journey at Launchpad is unique. Some attend a single academic programme, while others combine multiple subjects, mentorship or research opportunities.
For this reason, we provide personalised fee information based on each learner’s interests, goals and chosen programmes.
To receive our current fee guide and discuss the best pathway for your child, please get in touch. We’d be delighted to answer any questions and help you choose the most suitable programme.
Not sure which programme is the right fit?
